SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The online ordering process
You can choose the item and quantity to be ordered on the product page (default quantity is 1).
Once your chosen product(s) are in your shopping cart, you need to choose a shipping and delivery method from the available options, which are in-store pickup, home delivery, and delivery to a parcel locker (Foxpost parcel lockers are currently only available within Hungary). At the moment we offer free shipping in Hungary, except for items sold during special promotions and at discounted prices, in which case a shipping fee may apply and customers will be notified of this before placing their order.
The products on daigeworld.com can be ordered through one of the following processes:
1. The customer orders the selected product(s) on the site by adding them to the shopping cart and paying them with a credit card. Delivery is expected to take 3-14 days depending on the product and the location of the order.
2: Pre-order: The product is pre-ordered when it is not currently in stock but can be placed in your cart and ordered on the website. In this case, the product will be paid for in advance and manufactured afterwards (made specifically for you!). This is a longer process and delivery/receipt of product is expected to take 7-21 days, depending on the product and the location of the User. The customer accepts to obtain the product via a longer production and delivery route. DAIGEWORLD.com may limit the order quantity that can be placed for each Product. To start the order, enter the number of pieces you want to buy and then click on "add to cart". The user can choose to view the contents of the cart or continue shopping. If you want to continue shopping, you can go back to each product category and add new products to the cart by clicking on the "back to the store" icon. If you want to buy the contents of the shopping cart, you need to click the buy button.
When processing the order (within 1-2 working days), we will issue an invoice for the order and send it to the customer by e-mail. Orders are processed on business days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Of course, it is also possible to place the order at other times.) If the order is placed outside working hours, it will be processed within the next 2 working days.
Our stock is constantly changing, so it is possible that the product still on the website is no longer in stock and we may not or only partially fulfill your order. Of course, we will notify you by e-mail and we will coordinate your amended order.
Delivery and package receipt
Customers can choose from the below shipping and delivery options when ordering on the website:
1. In-store pick up
In-store pick up is available at Repertory Concept Store, after you completed the order on the website. In this case payment cannot be accepted in-store, payment must have been made online. If you choose this delivery method, we will notify you in e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up.

2. Foxpost parcel locker
For delivery to a parcel locker you must choose your required locker and provide your phone number, name, and e-mail address. If you are buying not as an individual but as a business, your company name and billing address must also be provided.
In case of unsuccesful delivery (ie the customer does not pick up the package from the locker) the package is returned to Foxpost's warehouse. Due to the increased number of parcels, it may take weeks until the package is returned to us. Because of that, we cannot guarantee the delivery time on repeated delivery. The cost of repeat delivery is to be paid by the customer. Similarly, the cost of return of a package that the customer failed to pick up is borne by the customer. If any package is returned to us because of failure to receive them, the Owner is not liable for any delay in delivery.
3. Foxpost home delivery
For home delivery, you must provide your phone number, name, and e-mail address as well as your shipping address. If you are buying not as an individual but as a business, your company name and billing address need to be provided too.
Packages are delivered between 8 am and 6 pm. Please note we cannot inform you when your delivery will take place as this is the responsibility of the shipping company. If neither you nor a family member is at home, then please provide a shipping address where you can take the parcel in the delivery timeframe (such as your place of work). In case of unsuccessful delivery it is possible that you won't receive your package the following day, but rather at date pre-arranged with your courier.
If the parcel is returned to us because of failure to receive it, the Owner is not liable for the delay in delivery. In case of not accepted, returned parcels the cost of return is borne by the customer.
4. Gifting with home delivery
As the holiday season approaches, we offer the possibility to have your order delivered not only to your own address but alternatively to the home address of someone you wish to gift. In this case you must provide us with the personal details of the individual you are gifting - their phone number, name, and e-mail. You can also add a personal message with your gift order.
Only home delivery is available for gifted orders. Orders must be made before 10th December for pre-ordered items and before 16th December for items in stock to have them delivered before Christmas.
The person making the purchase will be informed where their gifts are in the form of status emails. Packages are delivered between 8 am and 6 pm. Please keep in mind that we cannot tell you in advance when the courier will arrive with your package as this is the responsibility of the courier service. If packages cannot be delivered, the courier will try again on a previously arranged date that may not necessarily be the next working day. In case the package is returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it, the Owner is not responsible for the delayed delivery of your order. The cost of return for a package that the addressee refused to receive will be debited to the person who made the order.
We can deliver the products abroad with the shipping costs indicated on the site - which differ from one area to another! The fee for this depends on the total weight of the products ordered - it will be indicated during the purchase before the purchase is finalized. In the case of an international order, the regionally determined tariffs apply, which are available on the website. Our fees include 27% VAT.
