By using the webshop, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the User) declares that he agrees with the content of the General Terms and Conditions.
By placing the order, the buyer declares that he is 18 years of age or. If not, then he has parental consent for the purchase.
We hold the privacy of your personal information in the highest regard.
Purchasing through the webshop is completely secure because the credit card information is encrypted using the SSL protocol and is not stored.
For every order, the price displayed at the time of placing the order will be accounted for. In addition, DAIGE Kft. and the webshop reserve the right to change prices.
The buyer has the right to withdraw his intention to purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Similarly, the product can be exchanged for another product within 8 days, with the difference in value paid.
In the case of delivery by Foxpost, if the package is not received in the second delivery attempt, an extended delivery time can be expected, up to 3-4 weeks. In this case, resending the package is no longer free of charge.
DAIGE Kft. offers a 6 month warranty for DAIGE products.
Defects caused by improper use are not covered by the warranty.
Range of products and services available for purchase
The subject of the contract is the webshop on the website www.daigeworld.com (hereinafter DAIGEWORLD.com), through which the Owner sells the products, ie the online sale and purchase of all the goods (hereinafter: the Product) displayed on the website. You can find out the properties and characteristics of the Products on the specific page belonging to the Product. The data and characteristics of the products are uploaded by the Owner on the basis of information to the best of his knowledge in accordance with legal regulations. The Owner is not responsible for minor deviations from reality. If you have any further questions, please contact DAIGEWORLD.com at one of the above contacts.
The scope of these GTC extends to the electronic commerce service of products ordered in the territory of Hungary and from other cross-border countries, which takes place through the DAIGEWORLD.com webshop. For purchase in the DAIGEWORLD.com webshop, the “CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Information Society-Related Services”. (“Ekrtv.”) and Act No. 45/2014 Coll., on the detailed rules of contracts between a consumer and a business. (II. 26.) Government Decree (Government Decree) shall apply. The webshop sells custom-made DAIGE brand clothes and accessories, and also reserves the right to distribute other products.
The ordering process
On each Product page, you can select the Product and the number of pieces you want to order (the default number is 1 piece).
The products can be ordered based on the following purchasing processes:
The customer orders the selected product(s) on the site by adding them to the shopping cart and paying them with a credit card or requests them in person. Delivery is expected to take 3-14 days depending on the product and the location of the order.
The product is pre-ordered when it is not currently in stock but can be placed in your cart and ordered on the website. In this case, the product will be paid for in advance and manufactured afterwards (made specifically for you!). This is a longer process and delivery/receipt of product is expected to take 7-21 days, depending on the product and the location of the User. The customer accepts to obtain the product via a longer production and delivery route. DAIGEWORLD.com may limit the order quantity that can be placed for each Product. To start the order, enter the number of pieces you want to buy and then click on "add to cart". The user can choose to view the contents of the cart or continue shopping. If you want to continue shopping, you can go back to each product category and add new products to the cart by clicking on the "back to the store" icon. If you want to buy the contents of the shopping cart, you need to click the buy button.
When processing the order (within 1-2 working days), we will issue an invoice for the order and send it to the customer by e-mail. Orders are processed on business days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Of course, it is also possible to place the order at other times.) If the order is placed outside working hours, it will be processed within the next 2 working days.
Our stock is constantly changing, so it is possible that the product still on the website is no longer in stock and we may not or only partially fulfill your order. Of course, we will notify you by e-mail and we will coordinate your amended order.
We continuously inform the User about the ordering and delivery process in automatic system messages and through our customer service. More detailed delivery and delivery conditions can be found on the website under the Shipping menu item.
The price indicated next to the products is the gross bid unit price of the product, which is to be understood in Hungarian Forint (HUF). The offer price is valid at that moment and will only become final if the customer completes the steps of the ordering process and approves the order. The final price of the product and delivery service is the price that will be included in the approval in addition to the product name and then in the feedback email sent about the order.
The final price can only be changed by mutual agreement of the parties. If an order or orders are modified or merged for any reason, the modified order is subject to the delivery and payment conditions in force at the time of the modification. The price of products on the site includes 27% VAT.
After the above, you can select the payment method, which can be
online, credit card payment on the website when placing the order,
or by bank transfer.
Cash on delivery is not available on the site.
Credit card payments are made through the Barion system. Credit card details will not be sent to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. Is an institution under the supervision of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, its license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
In case of store pickup
In-store pickup of your order (placed on the site and paid via credit card) is possible in Repertory Concept Store, within the opening hours of the store, which can be found on the following Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/repertorystore In the store it is possible to buy with cash, but to place an order on the site, it is necessary to pay on the site.
Payment by cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is not available at DAIGEWORLD.com.
The connection to the online payment system and the processing of bank card data are handled by Barion Payments behind a secure SSL connection. In the case of payment via PayPal, the Barion page will automatically appear, where electronic payment can be started by logging in or registering. Payment must be made immediately after the order is finalized. Barion is an international electronic commerce (providing cashless payment services) financial organization. The Barion system maintains an electronic account for its customers, which can be topped up from a bank account. This makes online shopping easy and secure, with a Barion username and password sufficient to make a payment. The Owner shall not be liable for what has happened on the transaction pages of the bank and Barion, as the data is handled by Barion. After selecting the products, you can choose the place / method of delivery of the package from the given options. In case of home delivery - in addition to your personal data - you must provide your telephone number, name and e-mail address. If you are not buying as a private individual, then you must provide your company name, billing address, and shipping address if it is not the same as your billing address. In Hungary, shipping is currently free above 11 000 HUF, with the exception of the promotions listed here, where the products were sold at a discounted price. In this case, we will inform the customers on the website about the terms of delivery. Delivery packages will be delivered between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to the specified shipping address. Please note that we cannot predict exactly when couriers will arrive to a given area, this is the responsibility of the shipping company. If neither you nor any of your family members are at home, provide an address where you can pick up the package (eg your place of work) within the specified delivery time interval. In case of unsuccessful delivery, you may not receive the order on the next working day, but at a time agreed with the courier. Upon unsuccessful delivery, the ordered product will be returned to DAIGEWORLD.com's warehouse. Re-delivery can only be undertaken for a fee. In case of non-received, returned packages, the return fee is charged to the customer. If the package is returned due to failure to receive it, then the delayed delivery is not the responsibility of the Owner.
We can deliver the products abroad with the shipping costs indicated on the site - which differ from one area to another! The fee for this depends on the total weight of the products ordered - it will be indicated during the purchase before the purchase is finalized. In the case of an international order, the regionally determined tariffs apply, which are available on the website. Our fees include 27% VAT.

Please inspect the box in front of the courier upon delivery. If you notice damage to the box that indicates damage to the goods in it, make a report and do not pick up the package (in the case of a postal package, complain to the post office). If there is a slight dent or scratch on the box itself, it does not indicate damage to the product inside. In the absence of a report, we will not be able to exchange the shipment free of charge. If you experience damage, please contact our customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer a 6-month warranty on our products. If you have a quality complaint, please contact us as a first step at one of our contact details.
The product is not covered by the warranty if the product is not used for its intended purpose, ie if the product is used other than in accordance with the washing and care instructions, and the customer is also liable for damages resulting from improper use.
A defective product (during the warranty period) will be repaired within 30 days if the defect can be repaired. Otherwise it will be replaced.
Within 8 working days of receipt of the ordered product, the ordered products can be exchanged for another model, with the refund or payment of the difference in value. If you would like to exchange the purchased product for another one, please contact us as a first step at one of our contact details.
Right to withdraw
Within 14 days of receipt of the ordered product, the buyer has the right provided by law to withdraw from his intention to purchase. In this case, the purchase price paid for the product will be refunded to the buyer no later than thirty days after the withdrawal or return of the product. The refund does not apply to the shipping cost and the cost of returning the product will be borne by the buyer. For issues not regulated in this document, the Consumer Protection Supervision Information Sheet is valid.
Procedure for exercising the right to withdraw
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may do so in writing (by letter or email), referring to the product and order ID. You can indicate your withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the product. We can only take back the unopened product.
(In the case of cancellation by post, the date of posting will be taken into account. The letter should preferably be sent as a registered letter so that the date of posting is clear.)
Please return the ordered product to the following address: Repertory concept store, 1111. Budapest, Budafoki út 5. The postage costs arising from the return shall be borne by the customer. Please do not return the product by cash on delivery, we cannot accept the package returned by cash on delivery, the cost of return is borne by the buyer.
Within thirty days of returning the product, the price of the product will be refunded to the account number provided.
The personal data provided during the use of the web store will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Exceptions to this may be the information necessarily provided to subcontractors, without which the execution of the order cannot be carried out (for example, the information provided to the courier service for delivery).
